Mr. Gerspach has been trying cases throughout the New York metropolitan area for the past 30 years. He has tried cases successfully in all five boroughs of New York City and beyond. His verdicts include cases involving neurologically impaired infants, death and other catastrophic injuries. In 2005, Mr. Gerspach was recognized by the New York Law Journal for having achieved one of the top defense verdicts that year. Over the last decade, his string of successful verdicts has comprised victories in 55 of his last 59 verdicts taken. In 2021 Mr. Gerspach was a New York Super Lawyer selectee for the fifteenth straight year and has been recognized for his achievements in Who's Who in American Law.
