Mr. Horowitz joined Gerspach Sikoscow as an associate in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney's Office where he litigated complex felony cases and gained successful trial experience. Mr. Horowitz's legal experience also includes prior work at a New York City litigation firm specializing in general liability insurance defense, premises liability and New York Labor Law. Mr. Horowitz graduated from Boston University School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the Journal of Science & Technology Law and was the President of the
Public Interest Project. He also graduated from Grinnell College where he completed a prestigious fellowship in British Parliament and earned the Fletcher Scholarship.
