Mr. Sikoscow dedicates his practice to defending complex medical malpractice lawsuits and other civil matters involving catastrophic injuries from inception through trial. He has successfully argued appeals in the New York State Appellate Department, and has been involved in defending nation-wide class actions, as well as lawsuits consolidated by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation that have centered on products liability. Mr. Sikoscow has been selected by his peers as a New York Super Lawyers Rising Star for 6 consecutive years.
